Off to Saalbach, Austria next Saturday so me and my bird went to the Milton Keynes Snowdome. Had been to Tamworth before but not the Milton Keynes snowdome so didn't know what to expect but once inside was suitably impressed. the run is about 175m and is longer than Tamworth. It has a drag lift which was tricky at first but was ok after a few attempts which I was happy about as using those things are a pain in the arse on a snowboard so was glad of the practise.

The run itself was pretty good with only a couple of icy patches. The boarding was good as well but as with these places, people do tend to get in your way and they have people learning half way up which is annoying. Anyway was pulling turns, slalom turns and doing little hops off the snow piles.

There was also a seperate slope for the more advanced snowboarders and skiiers. This slope had jumps and rails on it which looked quite tricky so I didn't attempt any. My bird who was skiing also had a great time so its not just good for snowboarding either.

All in all had a marvellous 4 hours and can't wait until next weekend. Woohoo. Fully stoked for it.
